Also you buy all sorts of stuff because you're starving. You buy, I'm sure that, is that not a well a well accepted phenomenon? I think it's a thing. Yeah, it's certainly I deliberately when Katie and I go shopping we go to a little cafe in the supermarket and have breakfast first and then do the shopping afterwards when we're full.
