Today is the first episode in a series on Sartre and Camus. I hope you love it.

0:20.0

And look, I know what you guys are saying.

0:22.3

Nostprinunciation of Sartre. It's Jean-Paul Sartre.

0:27.3

Look, I'm not going to spend the next 30 minutes of my life.

0:30.2

Or the rest of the series for that matter. Saying Jean-Paul Sartre, every time I reference the guy.

0:34.8

1:25.6

room by yourself, talking to yourself, and just said the word cookie to yourself 25 times in a row.

1:34.0

Like cookie, cookie, cookie. For that matter, have you ever said any word to yourself 25 times in a

1:42.3

row? Really the question underneath this question is have you ever said a word and paid close

1:46.6

attention to it and analyzed it and had the thought, man, that's a really strange sounding word.

1:51.5

Why does the word sound that way? Why do we even call them cookies to begin with?
