Cool, so I'm here with Heather Tesco at the Renaissance English History Podcast. Heather, how are you today?

You know, I am great. How are you doing, James?

No, it could be better. It's all gray outside, damp, wet, English.

Well, it's snowing here in Pennsylvania. I'm in Pennsylvania right now with my family, and it's snowing. So we can both complain about being cold. Yeah, well, the thing is, it's never cold when it rains here. It's warmer. It's, it's, when the weather's beautiful, it freezes your butt off. It's, it's never great it's always something to complain about yeah well that's very british isn't it yeah so after we got a

nice british introduction of talking about the weather out of the way let's move on to the history

all right well poor katherine of arragon having been raised in spain she probably would have been complaining about the weather quite a lot as well, huh? Yeah, well, you've already got me on a sidetrack. One of the, I used to study Scottish history, and the number of times you get a foreign princess sent over to Scotland, and she dies within eight, like eight weeks. I'm sure just because of the weather. Didn't so much get that in England. But as you say, we're here to talk about Catherine.

As my listeners will know, I just spent an exorbitant amount of time talking about her,
