I'm a little, I'm concerned.

Uh-oh.

Why are you concerned, Ben?

Well, you've just expressed how exhausted you are, how it's been a long week.

You're tired, you're dragging.

And gosh darn it, I want some of the outrage that lit the internet on fire this week.

I suspect the two feelings might be related.

I did manage to get a little bit outraged over the weekend, and I wrote something,

and I think I've managed to sustain it for a good two or three days,

and now I'm just starting to feel a little bit empty.

But I'm going to see, I'm going to see if I can't channel that a little bit for this episode.

Because there's definitely something I think worth getting, I don't know, if not angry,

then certainly worked up a little bit about.

So obviously, last week's episode we recorded on Monday evening, which is normally not a problem.

We publish on Fridays, except that on Wednesday there was a significant story that broke,

which is that the FBI had filed a request and a judge that

applied with asking Apple to assist the FBI in, in unlocking the phone of the terrorist

attackers in San Bernardino.

And in this case, Apple did have a chance to respond.

Like, this was just the judge, you know, granting the FBI's request and Apple would get a chance to respond.
