which is that the FBI had filed a request and a judge that

applied with asking Apple to assist the FBI in, in unlocking the phone of the terrorist

attackers in San Bernardino.

And in this case, Apple did have a chance to respond.

Like, this was just the judge, you know, granting the FBI's request and Apple would get a chance to respond.
