What's going on? Oh nothing, just working. I spent this weekend up state which was really nice. I got so much done.

I've been selling a lot of ice picks so this weekend I was able to make some ice picks up state well not

Fully I was able to get a lot done of one of the phases which I'll talk a little bit more about in the in the episode

But I was able to do some homework which I haven't been able to do in a while, because we rent the house. So the house is rented quite often, and in between we're kind of just getting it ready for the next renters. But this weekend I did some crown molding and that has been missing for a couple of years in the kitchen.

And then I did some window frames years ago when I had a porch roof put on and I wanted to match a roofline that is a different part of the house.

The carpenters who were putting the roof up call me and they go, we have bad news, I go, what?

They go, we have part of the roof built and it's wrapping around to the other side of the house

and all the windows are three

inches lower so we have to build the windows right across, we have to build the roofline right across

where the windows are.

I go so what do we do? He goes we have to rip the windows out reframe them and move them up five or six inches.

And then he said, oh, that like added like another $8,000 to the bill. I was like, well, do what you got to do. I'm not going to have a roof line going through the window.

And he called me back about four hours later and goes good news I go what he goes there was space inside of the window jam because the previous windows were much longer so we were able to rip out your window jams and move them up 10 inches. So, because the house has been remodeled a hundred times, so that was all hidden by the siding.
