Yeah, that okay has a whole lot of subliminal meaning for me that I'm going to try not to think about anymore.

Yes, so the good news is I have the cast off my wrist.

I now have like a brace.

The pin that was supporting my apparently dislocated wrist.

I actually didn't realize that originally that it was that serious is out, which is good in the long run.

I actually have hoped that as I kind of regain movement my elbow, which is a bit of a thing as well, I might

be able to type. But in the meantime, like my wrist is like, this is the first time it's been

unsupported. And so I, it's pretty painful. So if I, if I seem a little out of it during

this podcast, you will know why. I thought you're about to say, if I start randomly swearing, you'll know why.

It's blaming at the wrist as opposed to me.

I mean, I usually keep in my shouts of pain in reaction to your points.
