reduce too much fat and you. And I just finished a new book. Maybe this book will save somebody's life someday, but it's called the cholesterol myth.

And it talks about, you don't really have to worry about your cholesterol intake and your fat intake doesn't have too much to do with

your arteries. It has mostly to do with oxidation, inflammation, sugar, and stress.
