How are you doing? Doing good.

You guys know it's like 50 degrees right now in New York City.

It's just like awesome spring. It's like 75

degrees here it's crazy. And those of you who are listening to this in the future it is it is

February 2nd and so it should not be this nice. It's crazy. You know what's you guys want to hear something stupid? I found out today we're going to have an early spring right so I'm getting a I bought my second shipping container because I'm a hoarder.

So I'm having another shipping container delivered to my property and I bought it like around

Halloween, maybe a couple weeks after Halloween. And the guy is, he's like four properties away,

which I guess is about a half a mile away from me.

And he has to drive his truck up and drop it off

of my back property.

But the ground has been too mushy. So he said once the

freeze comes, he goes, I'll do it and we'll go back. And it still hasn't been cold

enough for him to drive his truck on my my property without mushing up the grass.

So I called them today and that's and his assistant said well you know what now we're

do for in early springs she's like I don't know we're just gonna have to go for it when it seems to be the coldest day.

Is this based on the groundhog thing?
