Bob, is somebody getting murdered at your house?

That's not my house.

That's the hallway of my New York City apartment house.

I'm on the ground floor and I apologize for that.

Oh, so somebody is getting murdered. Yeah.

What's going on? What are you guys up to? David you've had a big house day today right? Yeah all week there's been a

Basement waterproofing crew coming in and tearing up the concrete floor and putting a little trench in around the inside perimeter

and then a sub-pump that goes out to the backyard and a big well so in case you have a flood it goes to the

trench and then it gets sucked out?

Yeah, well that what the trench does is it's the basement walls are cinder block and what happens is

that's on a foundation and what water gets trapped in there and just stays in there and until eventually it seeps through the walls.

So what they do is they dig a trench around the inside perimeter and then drill holes in the bottom of the wall.

So when the water does get in there, it has a place to go now.
