Welcome, everyone to another episode of We Only Look in.

I'm Donald Weigel. And I am Catherine Weigel. And we are here today to talk about a little

thing we like to call movement. We are. And if you're a footed American, as we like to call it,

if you have feet, you can move too. It's as simple as that. Or even foot, probably.

Single foot. Yeah. You can walk. You can make it happen. And we, I think we both were under the impression

that in order to be doing real exercise that you had to be running or you had to join a gym,

you had to be using some sort of exercise equipment that you had to,

you know,

see a personal trainer for it to count.

And it turns out that something as simple as walking actually burns calories and counts as exercise. For sure.

And I think, you know, watching TV and watching shows like the biggest loser or something like

that, you know, you see people having to work out in a gym six, seven hours a day, like it's a

full-time job to get fit. And it turns out that just adding steps and movement into your daily life is all you really need.

I mean, and it's what we do.

It's what we enjoy.

I've done yoga, cycling, CrossFit, you know, worked out with the trainer, worked out at the gym.

And I never really saw lasting results.

And really the point is that you should do something that you actually like doing,

because if you do something you don't like, eventually you're going to stop doing it because

you don't like it.
