Thank you, Stacy. I'm stoked to be here. I cannot tell you how many questions I get about

Menopause. So I'm excited to dive into this show with you. We did a show once before on

kind of the science of Menopause and Perry Menopause. We talked a lot about health habits in terms

of lifestyle, getting more sleep, gentle movement, nutrients. We also talked a lot about physical
