excuse me and this is episode 16 of the Love and Respect podcast. We're so glad that you

could join us. It's hard to believe that we're nearing 20 episodes of the podcast.

We're going to briefly review what we talked about last week and then we'll transition right into this week's episode.

But last week we talked about six ways to inflame your wife,

when you're in conflict. and we spoke about that for 25 to 30 minutes

and had quite a good response to that on social media and on the blog lots of shares
