so I know that the listeners tend to prefer that pre-show ritual for me so I have gone back to it for

this this podcast and I hope everyone is is as stoked as I am I am I am my pants are on fire this is how excited I am well if you keep that up every

show I don't know if we're gonna make it to show 100 without you I don't know if my

lever and pancreas are gonna make it to. That's what I'm thinking.

All right, well, again, we're excited to be back in recording and doing another class

series this week.
