Here we go. Hi, I'm Jonathan Eggrich.

I'm joined here by my father Emerson Eggrich and welcome to another episode of the Love and Respect

podcast this is episode seven as I say each time we're so glad that you could

join us and we certainly have been pleased by those of you that are subscribing to the

podcast and interacting with us on the website and the comment sections or sending

emails to us via the website as well. We've enjoyed attempting to respond to many of those. We can't get to them all,

but we certainly have enjoyed the interactive experience. So, you know, some of the things that we're going to

talk about today is we'll do a quick review of last week's episode.

We'll talk about what we discussed, what the relationship challenge was,

and then we'll transition into today's topic which is the family energizing

cycle and as always we'll kind of end with some reminders of ways that you can

follow us and some other events coming up with love and respect but you know one of the things as I'm sure most of you

are getting ready for kids get to go back to school,

etc.
