0:09.8	Through this whole process, your love story, getting back together.
0:15.8	I think I'm clear on, I'm getting clearer on,, it's on, on the stories that I have.
0:27.3	And realizing that they're not always true.
0:31.5	They just seem very true.
0:34.2	And this is kind of recent, I think, where I've started to just really be able to, like, drop story and drama and bullshit and just kind of be with you.
0:46.8	And, like, just focus on the love.
0:48.6	Like, if I feel love from you and feeling love for you and then being able to drop things.
0:54.6	That's actually, that's pretty recent of an epiphany for me.
0:58.5	But I don't know if that made sense, but it has to do with like the stories and the drama.
1:02.2	Like the stories I make about life and a relationship and things he did and things I did and
1:08.2	things I want and things he wants.
1:13.2	And just really being able to like come back to center to like what is actually true between us and feeling the love between
1:18.5	us and letting everything just drop out and then going from there. Does that make sense?
1:25.1	Yep. I talk about that a lot because the reason why people don't have the things they want in life is because the stories they tell themselves about why they can or can't have it.
1:36.9	Yeah.
1:37.7	Because that's whatever we believe about ourselves is how we're going to act.
1:41.9	We're going to act consistently with how we view ourselves to be.
1:46.5	And it doesn't matter if that view is accurate or not.
1:49.4	Yeah, and the stories can really hold us back.
1:52.0	And create a lot of pain in the relationship as well.
