Hey what's going on everybody welcome back to Jeremy Scott Fitness Podcast and

radio show I'm coming with a quick little segment today I think it'll help you I

think it's something that we all know deep down but it's nice to have a

reminder and it's something that I definitely lived my life by for well pretty much since I was born I should say.

Here's a segment it's called Epic Life Advice. Now I post this on

Instagram the other day it's a little quote it's a nice reminder for all of us, even for me,

to really solidify what I do and why I'm doing the things I'm doing. And here's the quote.

Years ago, I heard this guy say this.

And I quote, at 18, I cared what everyone thought of me.

At 40, I stopped caring what they thought.

At 65, I realized they weren't thinking about me at all."

End quote. I guess the point is the only thing that matters in life you guys is

what you think of you and not anybody else.

So the point is just live the life you want.

And if there's been any natural superpower or gift

that I've been given by God or the universe,

it would have to be that I never really gave a shit or cared what anybody else thought about me in the way I live my life.

It's probably the reason why my parents would get on me about certain things and teachers and in school and probably the reason I never really

fit in in a lot of scenarios and I for surely was not the most popular kid ever growing up.

You know, thank God for sports so I'd have some friends so I could relate to people.

But my point is, I meet so many people you guys each year in their 20s and 30s and 40s, even 50s,

man, some people even in their 60s, who still care so much and make so many of their life
