His name is Efra Motoson.

If that name sounds familiar, it's probably because you've been listening to the show

for a while because he is a podcast alum.

He appeared on episode 197.

on some very important things and his books and all that.

We talked about in that episode.

So we're not going to deal with that on this one.

But if you need an introduction to who Efra Motos is, he is a retired Navy seal.

He's also the founder of Stronghold Rescue and Relief.

So this is a humanitarian organization that protects and cares for families in conflict zones.

They do incredible, incredible work and they're able to do this with small teams of kind

of highly and especially skilled former special ops members.

And what they do is they administer emergency aid when necessary.

They will actually work with local authorities to perform these high risk, life saving, rescue

operations.
