Alright, well this is part four of a five-part series.

We're doing exploring major themes in Paul's letter to the Ephesians in the New Testament.

This is a teaching that explores Paul's challenge to the Christians reading this letter

to allow themselves to be influenced by God's spirit or as he says to be filled with the spirit.

And that's not a controversial conversation in the history of Christianity.

Is it?

The whole debate and the way Christians have divided over centuries about how the spirit works

and expresses what God is up to in the world in a person's life or in church communities,

the baptism of the spirit, filling of the spirit.

Unfortunately, have become controversial conversations and topics, divisive topics

when it seems that the apostle Paul intended the exact opposite.
