Summary

Imagine attempting to play a game of chess without any roles or rules. Unfortunately, that’s how most people approach marriage. However, like chess, having clarified roles and rules does not make the game more difficult, it makes the game possible and even enjoyable. The same is true in marriage. God has provided clear roles and rules for husbands and wives that makes a path for marital success and joy. In this episode, pastor Dale Partridge looks to Ephesians 5:22-27 to unpack and extract the biblical roles of a husband and wife.

0:50.8	Now we have 4 groups of guys that have gone through the Reformation Seminary curriculum.
0:56.0	These are men who are interested in planting a biblical house church in their own hometown.
1:02.7	This is a one-year curriculum.
1:04.5	12 months, 12 modules.
1:06.5	We go through all things theology from hermeneutics, exo-gesis, biblical theology, church history,
1:12.1	systematic theology, pastoral counseling, preaching.
1:15.7	We talk about all these things in the perspective of planting, pastoring, and preaching at a
1:25.1	biblical house church.
1:26.6	So if you're interested in doing this, and this could be worldwide, we do have our domestic
