Hey there, welcome back to the Summer of Scripture on the Naked Marriage Podcast.

We are on day 49 in the Book of Ephesians, chapter 4, verses 31 and 32.

It says this, get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well

as all types of evil behavior, instead be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving

one another just as God, through Christ, has forgiven you.

And I just love this verse.

We've quoted this many times in our talks, especially on communication.

Because in marriage, also in our walk as Christians, we need to do this, right?

We don't need to be bitter.

We don't need to be full of anger.

Definitely not saying harsh words or slandering our spouse or anybody else.

And then, you know, just being kind and tender and obviously forgiving one another.

We're going to have to do that a lot.

Like there's going to have to be a lot of forgiveness and marriage.
