1:28.5 | stringent emission standards on the federal level and in reaction to that proposal which had not been put into place yet, |
1:35.2 | the California Air and Resource Board agreed with four automakers, |
1:39.4 | Ford, Volkswagen, Honda, and BMW to still work towards stricter emission standards than what was outlined in the Trump proposal. |
1:46.7 | This would then impact other states as well that also utilize the California Air and Resource Board's emission standards as a framework for their own states, and at the time it was assumed that other automakers would sign on to this agreement as well. |
