A part of that group and they are just awesome. I cannot say enough about our group of women who have just stood by each other and been through the ups and downs and not everybody parents the same way or has the same beliefs or views.

In our community, we support that with each other too. So it's such an amazing community to be a part of if you are looking for one.

Later on this month, I'm going to be having Dr. Axon to talk with us. He and his wife just announced that they are pregnant. I'm so excited for them.

I'm also having Dr. Jolene Brighton on to talk about PCOS. It's something that I have heard so many of you guys talk about and I've had people reach out and ask if I could do an episode on it.

I've been waiting to bring the right person on and I'm so glad that Dr. Jolene Brighton has agreed to come on. She's going to talk to us about that. She's going to talk to us about finding the right prenatal vitamin.

I'm just a lot of other things. So I'm super excited. But I cannot wait for you guys to hear today's episode. I hope that you leave this feeling empowered, feeling more entuned with yourself and also knowing that you can reach out to Missy because she just has so much great information for us.
