and I want to talk about vulnerability. That is a tough thing to talk about as a man. It's a tough

thing to talk about as a pilot. It's a tough thing to talk about as a human, and I struggle with it, but I encourage it so much that I feel

like it is something worth talking about. And being vulnerable is a great opportunity to connect

and go deeper with other human beings. And your ability to come together and to share who you are

on a deeper level increases your connection with the person that you are speaking with. And it is not

easy to be vulnerable. And it's definitely, it's definitely a skill that you sharpen

over a lifetime, especially if you are a person who is not used to the idea of putting things out

there that are difficult and can feel almost shameful or embarrassing. And, you know, it's really interesting when you study shame,

when you study embarrassment. And like, that is totally a human thing. And it is a psychological thing.

And it's really tough to overcome. And if you are aware of yourself and who you are and your humanity,

I think that that is something to celebrate. I think that if you are not and you have difficulty with it,

it is a door that takes a long time to open, but you can practice it and
