Today, we're talking about gaslighting and we're talking about how narcissists work in each

aura color in detail. But first, hey, Scotty. Hey guys. So you know my process in the middle

of these episodes, we often have like my little, I guess like speech or talk or like the

focus of it. And I always, you know, I write notes and I record it usually before this

part. But when I was doing it, I felt, and this happened sometimes during my speeches,

I felt this like download from spirit and it came about gaslighting. And it was actually

really powerful for me because with the whole relationship with narcissists thing, the gaslighting

thing, I understand it. Gaslighting is like a term that's used when people tell you that

what you perceived or felt or heard wasn't real. And I always understood that. But I never

really understood it. And you'll hear it in the middle of it. As I'm like kind of going

through it, I really understand it now. Okay. So what you're basically where you're saying

is you were doing that, we were doing this episode, you were doing your, you know, preparing

for your, your, your speech, whatever you want to call it. Yeah. And then while you were

doing that, yeah, after you had finished recording it, you had this like epiphany about gaslighting.

Yeah. Like as I was talking, I did have the epiphany, like you'll hear me. I'm like,

oh, this is, oh my god, this is what it is. Like that you'll hear me. Right. And then

I can't get it off my mind because what I just experienced during talking about it to

all of you was a spiritual download. And I think the way that I work is I'll get a spiritual

download. And it'll just kind of like be a little crack. And then it's been on my mind

for like, I don't know, 12 hours. And I, and just in all my studying and personal experience

with narcissism and therapy, I've never heard gaslighting explained to me the way that spirit
