particular holiday that loves to kind of consume our social media feed and our thoughts and puts a lot of expectations on us.

And that's Valentine's Day.

You can walk into Target or CVS. You can walk into really any store and for the past four weeks they've had all sorts of hearts and pink candies and chocolate and Valentine's cards and there's all these expectations you have to do this

and you have to have a date and you don't want to be single on Valentine's Day

but today I have a guest on that's gonna talk talk to us about that. She's going to help us

figure out why we're single and if we don't want to be single on Valentine's Day

what we can do and I mean maybe she thinks that being single on Valentine's Day is

rad and she's gonna say you know what Zach stop telling people to go on dates and
