Summary

During a three-day killing spree, William "Wild Bill Cody" Neal told three women he had been dating that he had a surprise for them. While they were blindfolded eagerly awaiting their gift, he snuck up behind them with a 7.5 lbs splitting maul. A fourth victim survived his torture but was forced to watch as his horror unfolded.
