I was working in an organization that was super toxic.

Most employees only lasted a few months.

To counter this, our management put a three months notice into everyone's contract, including the existing employees.

So they have to give three months of notice before they quit.

So yeah, isn't like two weeks the norm?

Literally two weeks is the norm.

This is like over six X, over six times longer.
