Nature doesn't make bad fats.

Factories do.

Factories where they're crushed, they're heated,

then they are chemically alkalinized, bleached,

and deodorized, and then steamed,

and they're heated four or five different times

in this processing.

They go through these factories that look like petroleum refineries.

And at the end of that, what they do is they clean it all up and put it into a bottle and you

got this nice, you know, light yellow colored liquid that looks, you know, and we're told it's

harmless. But that is, those are bottles of poison.
