I stayed up and watched the US Open. I feel like my fingers are hurting from all the tweet I did yesterday which we need to cover.

And yeah, I'm just a bit not quite with it. So I've got a coffee. Hopefully I can a per cup and get going but hopefully it's gonna be good episode.

You've got a coffee. I've got a monster. There are probably loads of comments on the YouTube video people saying you shouldn't be drinking that stuff but I've got a mild addiction.

Sugar free one kind of day. It's not great.

I was the minute they'll clear sent me a message droopy told this weekend. Where was her?

Anyway, she said if you see this article and a man in his 30s, unfortunately lost his life by drinking too much energy drinks.

So be careful. Anybody out there? I know you it's not too many.

That's the thing though isn't it where it's like that becomes news but how people lose their life and alcohol are from smoking.

So I don't really drink very much alcohol anyway. On a brighter note.

Before we get onto us open which obviously a massive story you watch loads of it. I watch very little but I still know roughly what went on obviously.

We've got a new jingle and we've got a new cover out on the podcast which has got so far gone down mixed but I think partly that is because people don't like change which is fair enough.

But if you've not noticed hopefully we'll never look on the podcast and listen to it on the audio or it's Apple podcast or Spotify etc.

A little bit of a different tweak.

I was at the office at the studio for half a day and I come back there's a new jingle a new logo that the whole thing has changed but I really like it.

Well it was. I was looking on Apple podcasts and pretty much every single podcast certainly in sport category.

The actual album cover that a little bit of art we had the RS logo with the headphones on which has got a bit of a people know that now don't they?

It's got a lot of what I'm looking for established brand if you like people not the pod that low and it may be coming on some merch very soon.

Maybe it is.

And in fact actually really good for us that's a new put ahead cover.
