I am in the city of Guelph in Ontario and here for a little wedding my boyfriend, Canada

man is from Guelph so very awesome and random to also get in contact with the guests

that we're going to be speaking with today who was recently on the Babes and Babies podcast

and found her through Liz from my season and her Instagram is The Birds Papaya and she

speaks a lot about self love and a lot about body positivity as a mom and she's very

like loved her page and the authenticity behind it and so now we are sitting on her couch

with a new dog. My dog who might snore through this entire episode so take that as a soothing

happen like that sometimes like the fact they're even in Guelph like when you said like oh

I'm actually in Guelph I was like wait what nobody comes to Guelph it's usually like hey I'm

coming to where you are and it's like Toronto and I was like yeah still like a little hike

down the road but Guelph itself I'm pretty excited you're here. Yes yeah it's funny anytime

I'm here or even like I was in Rockwood and you know I'll see people or I'll get masters

on Instagram and everyone's like the first question is like what are you doing here?

I'm having I know you here it's like I'm excited you're here but like why? How does

this happen? Yeah so it's like we have a Canada man to think for that but no I love Guelph

like we went to the to the storm game. I saw that oh my gosh you brave little soul going out

on that Senate. I can't do that but we ended up on the kiss cam last year too and I was just

dying it was funny because like we knew that it might happen and my husband like goes to the

bathroom and like fixes hair and I'm like oh you're taking this love. This is a thing but
