Now, if you joined us in Dallas last week, that was a good time. The IPenn Festival was in Dallas,

Texas, and we had the chance to talk with a numerous amount of people, a huge amount of people.

Grammatically incorrect sentences are fine when you're as excited as we were about the IPEN festival,

and we got a chance to talk with a couple of people in the positive psychology field.

And the well-being thought leaders came together in Dallas, and we sat down with a few, as we mentioned, including

Dr. Abdullah al-Karam, who helped establish the KHDA in 2007, which is an organization that focuses

on private education in Dubai, which includes early learning centers, schools, universities,

and training institutes. It was a fascinating conversation, and we'd like you to hear some of it.

The first question I have for you is, what is the baseline? You're very much into positive

education and teaching children with this positive psychology and education. What is the baseline?

What's the access point for parents who are trying to teach their kids? What should,

what fundamentals, I guess, should the children have as they head into this type of education?

So when we look at their schooling systems, we find out that most of these parents,

they want the kind of education they gut.
