appreciate it man thanks for coming on i i'm in crunch time of having a baby right now. So I'm trying to

squeeze an episode out before my life changes forever, pretty much. Yeah, you have no idea

what you're in for. It's a great ride. It goes by extremely, extremely fast, but life does

get pretty hectic. Yeah, I can see that. Yeah, her due date was yesterday, and by the time this episode releases, I'll have a little baby girl out. Congratulations. Looking forward to that, man. What you've been up to in this off season so far, just recording a ton? Yeah, yeah, it's podcast season. We go from one season to the next. It's either hunting season or podcast season. And we really don't even stop podcast season during hunting season, but just trying to line out some interesting guests.

And we have two new series that we do. We have a did you know series. It drops weekly. We have one episode a week.

And then we also have our today series that we do. So we just, we look at interesting things that happened on that day

in history and that that releases Monday to Friday. So we went from recording three episodes

when we first started the podcast and now we are all the way up to nine episodes a week. So

it's hectic. Dude, that is insane. I felt good that it was nine, but I wasn't willing to step out there. It's nine. And he's got that Knox City education that Texas Tech honored. Texas Tech math. There you go. Yeah, no kidding. I remember about, I think it was about 2022. You guys had me on your podcast and I got you on mine. It's kind of like a full circle moment. Yeah. We've moved full circle.

For real, man. Move full circle here. That's crazy. Y'all are doing a lot of wild things at die bomb, a lot of cool things. And you're ready for squad fest, I'm assuming then. Yeah, totally getting ready for it. That's like the, I'm ready for it, but I'm not because squad fest is like the kickoff to our, you know, season again, pretty much go squad fest into a couple

until February pretty much. Yeah. Yeah. And then like it's crazy how much your life changes once you have

kids. Like I used to just count down the days. February would get here and it'd be like, okay, when's waterfow season? And then you get kids and you get busy with them. And then you start like enjoying your kids, which I hope all parents enjoy their kids. And I enjoy my summers now a whole lot more than I used to whenever I was in a teenager. And then in my early 20s and starting out as a guide and everything else, I just kept waiting for

November to get back here, even September, you know, just get this thing rolling again. And I cherish

my summers with my kids more and more. Yeah, yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to that because right

now I'm just like, man, I like bass fishing until about June. And then after that, I'm just like,
