Hello and welcome to Let's Talk About It with Taylor Nolan. I am your host and today is

0:09.4

a super, super, super special episode. I have done one live podcast before and that was

0:16.9

at Fireside, the conference that was this past September and interviewed Michael and he

0:23.8

was amazing. But that was kind of, you know, just at a conference, just doing a live podcast

0:29.3

that was already kind of set up there. And this past Saturday, April 13th, I hosted

0:35.8

my very first all by myself live podcast event and felt so many feelings. I have to say,

0:45.1

leading up to hosting the event, you know, there's all kinds of voices that come into your

0:49.5

head. And I definitely struggled with confidence on putting this on, struggled with, you know,

0:57.0

the skills of event planning that I have not previously acquired until now. And also just

1:19.6

1:30.8

prior to looking at them as an event space. And I was like, dang, this is quite a hidden gem

1:36.9

of Seattle. The co-working space itself is so cozy and so cute and just so inviting. It is

1:44.0

women ran and women owned. And just everyone there like Dee Dee was amazing. The woman that

1:50.9

helped me with the event planning. And so I was honestly after talking with everyone afterwards.

1:55.9

It was like, it definitely would not have been the same event if it wasn't hosted there.

1:59.8

It was really the perfect space for this kind of intimate emotional event. And so, so, so happy

2:08.4

that we had it there at the Cloud Room. But then also we had a bunch of vendors that participated

2:14.5

in the VIP Goodybags. And so there was a separate VIP area after the recording and after the Q&A.

2:21.8

And we had tacos made by my favorite vendor, Brothers and Co, who I always post at the Sunday
