There are several scenarios why people need to sell their properties immediately in exchange for quick cash. It can be divorce, debt, disease, etc. But regardless of the reasons why sellers need to sell their property below market value, buyers should always remember that the goal is to buy cheaper property and not just to take advantage of someone's situation. People should understand that every situation is different and learn how to do business with humanity.
