Hey, congratulations. You got your C.O. Now what? Well, number one, go have a great night. Go have fun. Live it up and have a party because you did an awesome job and you did an

amazing thing. And you got a conditional job offer that thousands and thousands of people want.

So good job. Go have fun. Now, let's get ready to work because there is a lot left to do.

The party is not over. And the speed at which you are offensive about the things that you need to do will help you get

to class sooner. The sooner you are in class, the higher year seniority number. I went from C.J.O.

at my major airline to class in less than 30 days. Less than 30 days.

Some of the people I interviewed with, they took 10 or 15 weeks to get to the company.

And that's a lot of seniority numbers.

Don't leave anything on the table, right?

So the first thing that's going to start happening is you're going to start getting emails. You're going to get emails of work that you have to do. You're going to

have to probably provide some sort of information. Every airline does it slightly different, but they

eventually get all of the same checks in the block. They're going to ask for
