Oh, man, not much just uh wrapped up our regular

little it's like a modified coach pitch t ball season last night and now we're going to play

a couple weekends put a little team together and play a few weekends for about a month but man other

than that uh nothing too terribly crazy going on

uh where are you joining me from today what you've been up to

all no any stresses uh trying to get rid of this water fall season gut i put on working out a little bit

you know uh six months Waterfow season, gut I put on, working out a little bit.

You know, six months on, six months off working out, basically.

It's a good plan.
