1:14.0	There is nothing more important than having somebody that can help guide you through.
1:22.7	Your career in professional aviation can go a lot of different ways.
1:29.6	And there's a lot of opportunity and there are a lot of pitfalls. And you need somebody that you can rely on and you can ask
1:37.7	hard questions to without any fear of reprisal that you can be comfortable being uncomfortable with. And a mentor is a person
1:47.9	that can provide guidance and support and that important advice that can help you get to your
1:55.8	professional goal. That goal might be right now to get your private pilots license. That goal might be right now
2:05.7	to be a flight instructor or to find a low time pilot job or to get your 1,500 hours or get hired
2:15.4	by a regional or a ULCC or leave the military and go to an airline or staying in
2:22.9	corporate aviation or all the different things or maybe even just supporting aviation
2:27.9	and doing pilot aircraft sales or things like that, lots and lots of paths.
