That and then I got the flu and I was out for like 10 days and then everyone it was so

super cute. A lot of my followers were messaging me asking me if I was fine. I'm like,

it helped me, I guess, getting off the social media for a little bit for 2019 was a nice

little detox. But it was a nice reminder to see how, you know, you have your little community

of people who are, they're your followers. That's your trip of the people that you are

that are going to like do this for. Yeah. And this is why you do the podcasts. That's

why I do the podcast. So it's a nice little reminder for 2019 on things that I want to

work on and things that I want to get better at. Yeah. Like taking care of your immune system

filming right now. I have this massive actually. This was completely full. Started celery

juicing. Yeah. To detox my liver. Have you ever like actually just juiced errors? It's

like your first time with any experience juicing. Um, I've juiced, but not regularly. I've

juiced like before workout or after workout or because it tastes good. I haven't juiced
