Rob is the CEO of Northern Pacific Airways and Ravn Alaska. He has a strong background in piloting commercial aircraft and managing flight operations. Throughout his career, Rob has successfully led multiple airlines, including Pacific Wings, Mokulele Flight Service, SeaPort Airlines, and Mokulele Airlines.
He played a key role in expanding operations, establishing partnerships, and improving profitability. Rob also founded Float Shuttle, Inc., an Urban Air Mobility solution, and is currently involved in launching Ravn Connect and Northern Pacific Airways. With a humble upbringing on a farm in Indiana, Rob has built an impressive career in aviation, overseeing a combined workforce of 420 employees and multiple aircraft.
