My friend and I, both 24 years old, have been best friends. Our entire lives were practically brothers. Our parents grew up together, went to the same schools, and my friend and I were together ever since we were a little bingie piece. We've always had each other's back, protected one another, cared for one another. When the whole world felt like it was against us, both of us knew we could always look out for each other. amazing person, someone I can go to and trust completely. I'm blessed to have this person in my

life. Well, my friend transitioned to a female a few months ago.

She's completely physically a woman.

God damn, she's hot as fuck.

Oh, yeah.

She's been through hormone replacement therapy these past few years.

And seeing her becoming so much happier is amazing to see.

I'm absolutely proud of her. It's beautiful

to see my friend now be so free being comfortable with herself and always having the greatest

smile on her face. But I'm falling in love with her and these feelings, they aren't going away.

No, they ain't. I'll admit that I'm in love with my friend, the friend I've known for 24 years who is stealing my heart and I have no idea what to do.

I don't want to lose my friend, but my feelings of friendship for her are turning to romantic sexual feelings of attraction.

So after my friend transitioned, we continued hanging out and talking like nothing changed.

We continued going out to clubs, bars, the movies, restaurants, playing video games. Nothing changed. We just kept doing what we always did. But during this time, that's when my feelings started to change and started falling love with her. And you know what attracted me to her? Her, the way she is. I spoke into another close friend of mine about this and I just got made fun of. He was like, ha ha, you want to fuck your bro? Seriously? That's practically what I got. Hey, so what if he wants to fuck his bro? And that's not his bro. Yeah. It's okay to be homosexual. That's right. Yeah. Sex with the homies, baby. I'm fucking with my homies. Okay. Stop it. They didn't understand where I was coming from. And they didn't understand what an insanely amazing person my friend is. Hey, love is love, man. Dude, come on. This friend of mine feels it's creepy and nasty. I'm falling for my best friend. but they also aren't taking my friend's transition seriously, which is another reason they're acting me mature. I'm just scared of losing my friend. What will our families think? What happens if my friend and I do end up together? And our families suddenly start to panic. Plus, if I plan to even confess my feelings for her, I'm going to have to do it soon because she's always being asked out on dates.

But she tells me she's looking for the right person to spend time with.
