We are back from Thanksgiving.

We both had great times with our families, our chosen families, and our real families.

And today we're talking about something that's actually been on my mind quite a bit for

the last few weeks with clients, especially, but maybe also since the late 1970s when I first, and I came across it in my sort of parents hippie basement.

I can remember exactly where I was when I first learned about it.

But first, I want to say a big thank you to our new patrons, specifically Tori and Cindy and also Rick.
