Summary

Epigenetics is the way our genes express themselves. That expression is influenced in part by the nutrification of the body system. Our bodies are a whole body system that is perfectly designed to heal and restore itself. However, it needs the foundational elements to accomplish this.  #BardsFM_HealthAndWellness#Nutrification#Epigenetics Bards Nation Health Store: www.bardsnationhealth.com MYPillow promo code: BARDS >> Go to https://www.mypillow.com/bards and use the promo code BARDS or... The Good afternoon, all, and welcome to Bards FM Health and Wellness.

0:32.1

Today we're going to join Dr. Peter Glidden in his discussion on epigenetics.

0:39.7

And honestly, this is probably one of the more important topics of our time. We've been really programmed to believe that there is a genetic

0:46.7

connection to many things when those sorts of things express themselves in terms of inheritance,

0:56.6

which you get from your parents, and so forth.

1:04.3

There is a lot of questioning of whether that is actually a true science or more of a distortion of truth.

1:11.5

Epigenetics gets to the expression of the genes, not the actual manipulation of the genes or changing of the genes.

1:18.6

And it's already been shown that this has been an area that's been heavily studied by the Defense Department and pharmaceutical companies,

1:25.5

which also is probably more at the root of what we've been seeing with this whole mRNA concept.

1:30.8

Expressions in genes affect how our bodies function.

1:37.8

It can be affected severely by diet, environmental issues, and equally the nutrient base.

1:42.1

And that's where this all comes together, because as we start to understand how genes express themselves and how important the

1:44.3

nutrition of the body is, we start talking about transforming our very

1:49.2

understanding of what good health looks like and what restoration of the

1:54.4

body looks like. So instead of being convinced that you're

1:58.2

inheriting something that you can't change.

2:07.1

What epigenetics tells you is that by giving the genes and the cells the proper nitrification, those things that we've been told sometimes that are genetic defects are

2:13.6

actually poor expression of genes and can actually be transformed.

2:18.0

That's perhaps a little bit beyond what today's show is going to get to, but nonetheless,

2:22.1

this is the importance of epigenetics.

2:23.9

So I really wanted to get this piece out there today to have a listen, and I think Dr.
