2:04.9	and it reflects in our culture. And I mean that as raw as it means, it's like victory is like
2:10.7	for us is like, can I get the girl in bed and have a victory in one night? And we tend to look at victory that way.
2:18.3	We very seldom look at long-term victories.
2:21.3	The other parts of war, which is always very relevant, is in the United States.
2:26.3	Victory also looks like how many contracts can we generate for reconstruction
2:32.3	to help our corporations or international corporations continue to
2:36.0	be involved in that country.
2:38.0	And it's just more of that.
2:39.1	It's just cover for the CIA to work and stir up chaos, which we did brilliantly in Afghanistan.
