How are you feeling today? I'm a little sick. Just taking it easy, which has got back from the

gym. So I'm sorry if I'm in my gym attire and sweaty, but it's okay. This is why this is

So yeah, appreciate it. So there's so many things that I would love to like get in with and

talk with you about. I mean, from being on Rachel's season, the Bachelor Rat and from being on

Paradise, we've learned a little bit about like your background and your family life,

your mom passed away from cancer and you know, have an unusual, unusual family dynamic,

some, you know, conflict there with your father and just like overall relationship

difficulties romantically. I have a lot of difficulties. We all have difficulties, but yours are just

a bit of an understatement. But you touched on something like right before we started recording

and that was saying that you have difficulty expressing empathy and that is something I think we

should totally. Let's dive into it. I'm probably definitely down. It's funny because we had a

relationship therapist on my podcast like maybe two or three months ago, maybe longer than

nine, four or five months ago. And she was like, she'll like lean into me and she's like, Dean,

what's your biggest fault in relationships? And she was like fully expects me to say something
