2:28.7	Memorial Day is both a mix of celebration, which is to celebrate what we have gained and what has been preserved

2:40.3	It is equally a weekend of deep remembrance for those that gave everything for an ideal
2:47.0	that sadly has been falling farther away from our current day and our reality.
2:54.8	Probably one of the more disturbing parts of Memorial Weekend is all the platitudes that our congressmen and politicians like to give as they sell us out the back door.
3:05.7	Because the sacrifice that these men made was for an ideal of the Republic, an idea of
3:14.2	an ideal of a nation that was a city on the hill, an idea of something that the world
3:21.2	looked to for hope, for leadership, and for the opportunity to find a measure of freedom and liberty unlike anywhere else in the world.
