our listener questions. You know we have we have thought about like what episodes would we like to do what

themes would we like to do and we have received so many awesome listener questions from you guys that that feels like the direction we should go in with this like

feels like give the people what they want right and what they want is for their questions to be answered.

And sometimes we're gonna do an episode

just on like a handful of questions or sometimes we'll do like speed rounds where we try to get through a ton of questions.

Yeah, sometimes our questions will be themed, sometimes they'll be about certain topics.

This time we've found ones that are kind of related to friendship, questions about, you know, kind of like how to have friendships and navigate friendships as an adult that's not far off and from how it works in

relationships. Yeah definitely but you know like hopefully friends well I was going to say hopefully friends are longer lasting but hopefully your romantic relationships are long lasting too.

Hopefully all of your friends and relationships are very long lasting

unless you're not into that.

But I always tell my friend Susie on her birthday,

I say, you know, I just, I'm so grateful

for my longest relationship and most successful

relationship because that's like the friends are the ones but like you've got to

work at it you've got to like do I mean at least yeah and the communication that whole thing there is a

bunch of communication there how long have you and she's been friends?

We met in 2008 when I did my first season of the challenge on MTV and her last season.

So yeah, 2008.
