Summary

We’re rambling! Ashley doesn’t get how complicated laundry has become since she had a baby, but Lauren and Naz have news from the detergent pod front for her. We send Bed, Bath, & Beyond off with a proper eulogy, and Lauren dares anyone who pronounces it “CUE-pon” to come on the show and defend themself. Ashley doesn’t get why the cheaper airlines have to paint their planes like straight up discount tags, and Naz is reminded of her stint as a nail polish color creator. Lauren doesn’t get why men are so okay with just totally roasting each other, and Naz asks Lauren and Ashley what they think of the recent Beige Flag trend. Ashley tells a mortifying story about spilling an entire cup of coffee into Christine Taylor’s purse. Lauren and Naz really don’t get a lot of the latest TikTok trends. None of us get why it’s so hard to have real conversations at social functions. Ashley tells a heartbreaking story about some lost Jonas Brothers’ memorabilia. Naz gives us another update on Mission: Smile at Everyone and tells us all about her recent Do You Get It? segment on Today with Hoda and Jenna.

Oh, hello there. Welcome to the I don't get a podcast. So I was just doing laundry, which,

0:10.3

you know, it's like I can't believe how many more loads I have to do now that I have a family

0:15.4

versus like when it was just me and Jared, we just do our separate loads of laundry and

0:18.9

it was like, oh, whatever. Once in a week, I guess I'll just like do like my one little

0:23.0

bin of laundry. No big deal. And I'm little bin. Well, little thing, you know, and now

0:29.0

it's just like, wow, like my mom said the laundry never stops. I want to talk to you guys

0:36.4

who are not in kid mode yet. What do you, what do you use in the laundry? Like what products

0:44.2

do you use? I'm sure now. So I recently, I've been looking, I used tie pods and then I was

0:52.5

using scented dryer sheets, but now I'm like, oh, I shouldn't be using anything scented. I

0:58.0

should use like clean stuff. So I, but I haven't bought it yet. So I want to look into the

1:02.4

best one. Why? Well, no, no, no, because you just tied, you just tied pods and smelly,

1:07.5

downy dryer sheets, which is horrible for you, right? Yeah, apparently, yeah. Everything's

1:13.2

cancerous. But like the seven, you know, I'm like eating my McDonald's as I'm fucking putting

1:19.7

in my tide pods, which one's going to get me soon? The thing is, you don't, well, actually,

1:23.4

I was going to say people don't typically eat that every day because even I, you guys know,

1:26.7

I love McDonald's, but I, you know, you also both know that I ate very clean. And so it's

1:30.9

in moderation, I think it's fine. But speaking of I can at ease, you guys do eat it on a regular

1:35.8

basis. I don't really even dials. I always have to say once or twice when I see McDonald's

1:42.8

that I mean, once or twice a month, I'm saying fast food. I don't even know. I don't even think,

1:47.3

I don't think I think faster maybe like once a month. Oh, okay, Ashley, I thought you ate

1:51.6

fast food once a week like Lauren, didn't you use to eat it like once a week? Um, well,

1:56.2

in LA, I don't know why I got so tempted all the time. I think it's because I was in the
