spirit guide? My spirit guide is Phoebe. I have another one named

Mikey, but Phoebe's my main one. Yeah. Can your spirit guide put like a curse? Because I think that might have happened to me. I think she might be putting like a curse or a hex or whatever you want to call it on me. I think those are just your life lessons that she keeps putting in your ways that you feel like very victimized by.

Because I feel like this could be happening to me. But I don't know. All right. So what are we talking about today with these? Yeah. So I think like this is, I had to address it. And we've talked about this so much throughout the life of the podcast.

And right off the bat, I have to tell you, if somebody is charging you to remove a hex or a spell or a curse, it's a scam.

Yes.

And you have all the power in you to clear up your energetic body and your energetic, just the climate around you is up to you and in your control. And that's the first thing I want to say. Okay, yeah, 100%. If it's a human doing it, it's a total scam. Right. If it's your spirit guide, maybe not. Okay. But like your energetic body, it's like, it's kind of like the climate of you it's like your ozone layer all right it's

something it's the it's the body before your physical body okay it also is the body that protects your life

your your your you know goals your dreams the path that you're taking the opportunities you have

and whatnot when your energetic body has deteriorated for lack of self-care, it can allow energy that's not

awesome to kind of seep its way in.

Your energetic body needs to be in harmony with you.

And it's something, just like your physical body.

It's something that's easier to think about it that way. If you's something, just like your physical body. It's

sometimes it's easier to think about it that way. If you're burning the candle at both ends, you're going to get a cold, you know, if you're burning the candle at both ends, you're not, you know, live in your best life, you're not working your potential, you're not being the best version of yourself. You're kind of like going through the motions. And your energetic body has to be taken care of too so that it can

provide you the same opportunities of living your best life and protecting you and make and also

offsetting negative energy i mean there's negative energy coming at you all the time there's probably
