All right. Welcome. Is that something you would be interested in? I'm Doug Ellen. What am I interested in today? I got to tell you. I spent like the last three years getting healthy, for the most part. I know people who look at my Instagram see pizza and ice cream, which, by the way, I have no problem eating pizza, especially high quality pizza. It's the ice cream and the sugar that absolutely torches me. It makes me feel like shit. I feel bad about myself. I feel bad about other people. But it doesn't even matter because if anyone is listening to anything online anymore, everything is bad for you and there's no way to stop it and I don't know what to do anymore.

Yesterday, a guy put on AirPods and showed the radiation that's going into our brain with AirPods. And then I don't know if anyone's listening about the plastic bottles and the plastic this that's killing us. And they did,

they did a test of dead people's testicles and found that every one of us has this incredible

amount of microplastics in our body. And I just don't know if there's anything left that can stop this and keep us healthy.

So I'm trying, though, everything I can. But every time I think I've come up with a better

solution to make myself healthy, they tell me there's something else coming at us that there's

really nothing I can do. And hopefully everyone's starting to wake up to what I did three or four years ago

about the processed food and all of that shit that for whatever reason, the government wants

to keep telling us we should keep eating. And it's basically killing everybody. And if you ever

listen to this one ramble on podcast that I had with Ted, where we had a, we had like almost a

fist fight over OzZEPIC.

Before I even knew that there was controversy over OZEPIC, and again, I wasn't judging

anybody who wants to take OZEPIC.

If you want to take it, take it.

But if you want to pretend that you need it, that is a different story.

And again, I do believe some people cannot get themselves healthy and they need some

intervention from drugs.

I believe that entirely.

But I also believe if you're like seven pounds overweight and you fucking sit on your

ass all day eating Cheetos that maybe, you know, there's a better solution than OZemPEC.

So anyway, it was a great episode because Ted and I almost had a fist fight in the,
