prayer and worship this morning. Coffee in Jesus, three hours, it was great.

And then we had after hours, music after that.

So it's three solid hours.

That's like one of those, I don't know if you're involved in that, I think you would agree with me.

I finish those programs with all of us and every Sunday.

It's like I need like two or or three hours just quiet time afterwards. It's intense. It's beautiful. It's

draining. It's all sorts of things in one. And it really I think shows that when we're walking in the spirit like that and we're all working together

I would see it's definitely more some of the more challenging

Walks that we make, really trying to let God move through us.

And that in itself can be extremely tiring.
